What should I do if I have found a problem with the website?

Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. We are still ironing out the kinks on our new website and if you find any problems please contact us and we will try and improve your online shopping experience.

What is your Warranty policy?

Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by GenuineParts24 are sold under the manufacturer's warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided by GenuineParts24 where:

  • The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or the GenuineParts24 descriptions; or
  • The product was damaged during delivery; and
  • You can provide proof of purchase with the GenuineParts24 receipt.

Replacement will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by GenuineParts24, the original shipping address will be used.

Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Does GenuineParts24 sell used parts?

We do not sell used parts. Our parts are all either new, rebuilt or remanufactured.

Why is the site slow for me?

Our catalog is the biggest in the business, so please be patient while waiting for your search results, we are pulling information from across the global. Also, try clearing your cache to improve site performance.

Shipping

How much do you charge for delivery?

Shipping is free for orders over $100 (inc. GST) going to metro areas. Please note that orders under $100, big or bulky packages and deliveries to non-metropolitan areas will have added shipping costs. Please contact us for an accurate shipping price for Rural and Bulky packages.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

GenuineParts24 is shipping New Zealand wide and all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been completed. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours. Delivery times are 1-2 days for standard shipping to metropolitan areas. For Rural delivery please allow 2 days extra for delivery. Delivery time is subject to availability of stock and delivery time may be extended to by up to 20 days by us. If for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped to you on time or at all you will be notified promptly.

Do we ship internationally?

No we don't at this stage, but watch this space!

Can I pick up a part from you?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer pick up. However, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your goodies as quickly as possible.

Orders

Can you cancel or change your order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment, you will need to contact us before we ship your order.

Can you order part over the phone?

We are an online store only and phone orders are not available, please contact us via email for any enquiries you may have.

Fitment

How do I know that the part I have chosen will fit my vehicle?

Luckily for you the catalogue we use is the latest and greatest, using the Genuine manufacture's VIN filtering technology, it rules out all the incorrect parts and leaves you with only the parts that suit your vehicle, so you can be certain the part listed for you vehicle is the correct one.

We are proud of our low error rate, but mistakes do happen. If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us and we'll make it right

What if I can't find the product that I am looking for?

Our website is new and we are launching new products everyday. Just because you can't see the product you are looking for on our site does not mean we don't stock it. If we haven't got what you are looking for online yet, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What should I do if I don't know exactly what I am looking for?

Our customer service team is dedicated to helping you out where they can. If you are a bit lost and not sure how to find the part you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us and chat to one of our automotive professionals via email.
